  Terms Of Hire
A deposit is required to cover risk value. In the event of loss/damage, risk value becomes immediately payable. Hire charge is payable even if items returned as not used. Hire items are not new and will have signs of reasonable wear and tear. Items to be returned in same condition and cleaned where necessary. Hirer accepts all responsibilities and liabilities once items have left our premises. All shortages, damage and losses will be chargeable and deducted from the hire deposit. It is the responsibility of the hirer to install safely, operate safely and maintain the hired items safely whilst on hire.
Items not returned by agreed date are subject to pro rata extended hire charges.
